What it replaces
Before Cashflow, tracking what's owed and what's overdue meant chasing invoices across four different channels — email, shared drives, WhatsApp threads, and a separate invoicing tool — and reconciling all of it by hand. Cashflow ingests from all four automatically, reads each invoice with OCR built to handle Hebrew text and rotated scans, catches duplicate submissions before they double-count, and puts outstanding, overdue, and paid amounts on one board.
It saved us an in-house cash-flow and supplier manager. Order and structure, in one simple action that saves a great deal of time and money.
