Every project gets a fixed-price proposal after the scoping call, based on what actually needs building. The principle is simple: the system has to pay for itself in the hours it saves. And if it won't, we'll tell you up front that it isn't worth building.

The first system goes live within weeks, not months. We start at the most painful point in the business so the value lands fast, and only then expand.

The opposite — that is exactly why we exist. Your team carries on in WhatsApp, email and spreadsheets as usual. We handle every technical part, and any training is short and practical. Nobody has to learn “a new system”.

Off-the-shelf tools demand that the business bend around them, which is why they get abandoned. We work the other way: first we understand how your business already runs, then we build a system that fits over the existing habits. When nobody has to change how they work, there is nothing to “stick”. It just works.

We don't vanish at handover. There is a support period; we watch that the system behaves and improve it based on what actually happens in the field. A good AI system gets more accurate over time, and that is part of the job.
